Context
Having worked on the long-term building renovation strategies and willing to effectively activate changes on the field, CLIMACT was granted by philanthropy to lead a program helping the transition towards quality school infrastructures.
What we did
We structured school renovation challenges and innovative solutions based on the literature and on benchmarked best practices, we gathered and mobilized a network of key actors (active in the school sector, in the construction sector, financing, as well as administrations and political representatives), we co-elaborated with them an action plan for the transition towards quality school infrastructures and we designed a pilot program to field test the conclusions of this work.
