Low-carbon Scenarios
Achieving carbon neutrality requires building a clear vision of the pathways to reach it. At both the national and European levels, we support governments by helping them develop decarbonization scenarios. We ensure the transparency of the tools used to enable governments to take ownership of their scenarios.

Policies and Measures
We assist governments in improving existing measures and creating new policies. We evaluate and quantify the impact of policies and measures across various sectors, including buildings, transport, renewable energy, energy efficiency, industry, agriculture, and land use.

Decarbonization Roadmaps
We help industrial actors establish their decarbonization strategies and long-term vision. We identify sector-specific action levers and analyze their economic impacts. We communicate risks and opportunities through recommendations to decision-makers.
